Account Manager (German speaking)

It is a full time position first, with a 7 months’ contract with possibility of turning it into a permanent position. The role reports into the Sales/B2B Manager. As the Account Manager for the German market, you will be a proactive and central player in a strong, multinational office and a key link between sales, logistics and finance.


Start date: Immediately

Work hours: 9.00 - 18.00 (in periods, for example Christmas, work hours may differ based on demand).

Responsibilities:
As Account Manager, you are a brand ambassador for Rosefield towards our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring an extraordinary customer experience for our B2B customers providing them with prompt and accurate customer service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to manage order fulfillment from stores in DACH, which are some of our biggest markets, but you will also be assigned to manage orders from other countries. You will be responsible for activities such as order intake, order flow and answering customer queries and complaints in order to maximize sales and customer retention.

We are looking for a positive and pro-active individual with strong communication skills who is capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced and fast-growing start-up. You are a stable and committed team player and not afraid to share your ideas with the team. An extreme level on contentiousness and detail orientation is required.
 

Tasks include:

  • Daily monitoring and execution of store orders from our B2B customers worldwide;
  • Daily close communication with our Sales Manager, customers and the Warehouse to ensure that each shipment is completed in perfect order and in alignment with the requirements of each specific customer;
  • Analyzing and reporting on customer feedback;
  • Continuous improvement of the customer experience - B2B.


What we expect from you:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken);
  • Native German (written and spoken should be flawless);
  • MBO/associates degree as a minimum;
  • 2 - 4 years of working experience within a customer service role or with account management, preferably in an international retail organisation;
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in order management/logistics;
  • Experience with Excel;
  • Experience with CRM-tools;
  • Strong communication skills.
